Barb officially launched her debut book Daddy Will Carry Me, at the Bridgeport Hotel. The night which drew a crowd of family, friends, supporters, and the community, consisted of live music, an introduction by Barb's husband, Paul, and an excerpt read by Barb herself.

The night concluded with the sharing of cake, lots of conversation, and Barb signging copies of her book.
